Q5-2. What is the description of the monthly payment? How does it appear on my credit card?
A5-2. The description from ura-channel.com will be written as follows.

The payment that is shown on the credit card is not from this month, but it is from the previous month. Please confirm the date of use and the date of withdrawal.
The payment of the credit card is different depending on each credit card company. However, basically, for the use till the 10th of each month, the withdrawal will be made at the 10th of next month.
Regarding the date of withdrawal from your bank account, our support team can't assist. Therefore, please inquire the credit card company.

A5-3. The membership fee of ura-channel.com will be made in advance every month, and the expiration of membership will be updated automatically after 30 days of registration.

Date of registration + 30 days = Expiration of membership.
The next day of expiration date of membership = Date of payment of the membership fee

First, the first membership fee will be withdrawn on the date you sign up. The membership fee for next month will be withdrawn the next day of your first month expiration date and your membership will be automatically updated for another 30 days.

As it is stated on the "registration confirmation mail", and "Membership Rules", if you sign up using your credit card, your membership will be updated automatically and your monthly payment will be made monthly, as long as you donft cancel your membership. If you cancel your membership when your membership is valid, membership fee for next month will not be withdrawn.


Q5-4. If I sign up using a credit card, will my membership be updated monthly?

Q5-6. Can you check if I am making double payment?

A5-9. In case your membership was canceled because of your defects, we send e-mail that explains information of resigning up. You will need to sign up once again.
